What happens if the internet drops?
Your staff keep taking orders and sending them to the kitchen while offline — they are saved on the device and sync on their own once the connection is back. Taking payment needs a connection. Guests order from the QR menu over their own mobile data.
What hardware do I need?
The phones, tablets or laptop you already have. Mezna runs in any modern browser — nothing to install. A receipt printer is optional; normal browser printing works from day one.
How do I pay?
You get 14 days free with no card. After that it's 50,000 IQD per month per venue — paid in cash or by bank transfer. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime — there is no contract. If you stop paying, your dashboard locks but your data is kept safe. Renew and everything is back exactly as you left it.
Does it really work in Arabic?
Fully. The dashboard and the guest menu work in Arabic and English, right-to-left included, and each device can use its own language.
Who can see my numbers?
Only your team. Every venue's data is isolated at the database level, and each staff member sees only what their role needs — waiters never see your revenue.
